Orders less than $50.00
will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00. (Canada and USA only)
International: International orders will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to your country of destination. You will be billed separately for the fees before shipping the order. We will ask for more money to cover the costs. If you decide to cancel the order instead, we will refund your money via Paypal, at no cost to you.
Note: We only ship to countries which have reliable postal services such as Australia, Japan, the European Union, etc. If we feel shipping to your country would be too risky, we will let you know. We will still ship the order, but will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All of our shipping quotes DO NOT include customs, duties and taxes. Any such extra costs charged by your country will be your responsibility. You need to contact your customs office to find out what these might be.
Parcels will be shipped

shipped to the United States or internationally will be shipped via USPS regular parcel
unless requested otherwise.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business
day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. A tracking number will be available upon your request. Your credit card will
not be charged for your purchase until your order has shipped.
return policy
Your business is important to us. At The Pure
Boutique we double check your order and pack everything carefully
prior to shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise
please let us know immediately. We will be happy to correct the
problem. If something has been damaged in transit we may need to
have you return both the item and product (at our expense) in order
to claim damages.
Please take advantage
of our inexpensive samples before purchasing full-sized products. We
do not accept returns on our samples or sample packs. If
you have any question about what will work best for you, feel free
to call for a consultation in person or by phone.
In the event that our full sized products don't meet
your satisfaction, please let us know, and we will try our best to rectify
the problem.

mineral cosmetics accurately, we strongly encourage you to
purchase sample sizes before committing to full sizes.
